The Talent Aquisition Partner acts as a business partner for a company's leaders, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-calibre talent.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and recruiting candidates for roles, using a variety of attraction methods
Building relationships with hiring managers to fully understand their requirements
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
Advising managers and the eladership team on recruitment best pratice
Using data to unfluence hiring strategies
Continuous improvement of the talent process
Help drive diversity and inclusion within the business
Expected Skills & Qualifications
Several years experience in search and selection
Proven track records of developing effective relationships
Experience managing expectations of candidates and stakeholders
Influencing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyse data and use it to provide insight
Fantastic attention to detail
Salary
The average UK annual salary for a Talent Aquisition Partner is £45,000. This can rise to around £51,000 in London. Talent Acquisition Partners in the north of England can expect approx. £41,500 per year. Talent Acquisition Partners may receive additional benefits and bonuses (Glassdoor, March 2022)
