​Head of Resourcing

The Head of Resourcing will support the HR Director and help develop and lead the company's approach towards talent and recruitment.


  • Responsibility for the entire resourcing process

  • Managing the resourcing budget

  • Build tools to help the company achieve their objectives

  • Ensuring the company is well represented throughout the resourcing process

  • Workforce planning to ansure the business is ready for future talent challenges

  • Data analysis and reporting

  • Helping form and maintain a strong Talent function

Expected Skills & Qualifications

  • Several years experience within resourcing and recruitment

  • Previous experience managing and developing a team

  • An understanding of and passion for diversity and inclusion

  • Experience developing talent aquisition strategies

  • Ability to motivate a team

  • Strong relationship building skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to use data to inform decisions


The average UK annual salary for a Head of Resourcing is £72,000. This can rise to around £92,000 in London. A Head of Resourcing in the North of England can expect approx. £48,000 per year. Annual bonuses are common for the role, alongside other benefits. (Glassdoor, March 2022)
