Growth Director
The Growth Director leads the development and execution of a company's growth strategy, to gain new customers and retain existing clients.
Responsibilities
Customer aquisition and retention of existing customers
Design and execute initiatives to encourage the company's growth
Optimisation of revenue
Analyise and utilise data to drive initiatives
Itegrating these initiatives into the company's existing framework
Providing customer insight
Managing a Growth team
Collaborating with marketing teams
Expected Skills & Qualifications
Ability to develop and grow strong client relationships
Experienced in pitching to clients
Good commercial acumen
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong collaborator
Ability to use data to drive decisions
Previous management experience
Salary
The average UK annual salary for a Growth Director is £75,500. This can rise to over £100,000 in London. Growth Directors in the North of England can expect approx. £56,000 per year. Annual bonuses are common for Growth Directors, alongside other benefits. (Glassdoor, March 2022)
