​Client Director

A Client Director, sometimes known as an Account Director, oversees client projects and nurtures relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all client projects within the Agency

  • Plan budgets and activity for account management

  • Management of account staff and supporting them to meet objectives

  • Performance evaluation

  • Ensuring all products and services are delivered in a timely manner

  • New business generation

  • Problem-solving

  • Strengthening client relationships

Expected Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agency

  • A good understanding of budgeting and reporting

  • Experienced in negotiation and client satisfaction

  • Knowledge of performance evaluation

  • Excellent communication and networking skills

  • Brilliant leadership skills

Salary

The average UK annual salary for a Client Director is £68,000. This can rise to around £73,000 in London. Client Directors in the north of England can expect approx. £55,000 - £60,000 per year.
