Over the last few years, we’ve taken our team to Porto for a fun-filled weekend in the sun, treated them to an action-packed activity weekend at a Welsh mansion and enjoyed more nights out and celebratory lunches than we can remember. On a more local level we’re a sponsor of the fantastic Freshwalks and reward our consultants with the opportunity to spend time out of the office on a walk with other professionals to recharge the batteries, make fresh connections and improve their overall wellbeing. We also regularly treat our high performers to dinner at a restaurant of their choice at our Director’s lunches, an indulgent way to celebrate meeting key milestones.
