We are currently looking to recruit an exceptional UK and International Marketing Manager for a highly successful and ambitious FMCG business based in the North West. With a brand ranked number 1 in the UK in their sector they are looking to grow considerably on an International basis over the next couple of years. Reporting into the Head of Marketing & eCommerce you will be key in developing and growing the UK and international business. Working closely with the International Sales Director and sales team you will implement the marketing strategy for new territories and account acquisition. You will collaborate and influence cross-functionally to drive the ambitious UK and international growth strategy, partnering with the UK and International Sales Directors and team to create effective in-market commercial plans. You will take best practice brand strategy from the UK Marketing team and implement that in key territories. You will also lead the origination of some assets where required for new territories. Meeting and onboarding new distributors/partners, ensuring internal staff are well versed in brand strategy.
The successful candidate *You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role with international territory growth experience *You have excellent brand marketing experience and experience of international product launches *You must have experience of dealing with distributors ideally within FMCG or retail *You'll have at least 5-7 years in marketing and be able to drive revenue through the implementation of a marketing programme. *Experience of healthcare / medical / FMCG or retail products would be highly beneficial. *When possible this role will involve some international travel
