We're helping our client, an award-winning digital agency, find a skilled UI/UX Designer
The Role.
You'll work with a project team to get under the skin of our client's needs, research, define the objectives and design user-led digital experiences which get results.
You'll be involved in workshops, user-flows, ideation, sketching and wireframing, through to the delivery and implementation of high-fidelity designs. You'll be confident in presenting your ideas and direction both internally and to clients.
Responsibilities:
Creativity: You'll generate innovative, user focussed concepts which push boundaries in experience design. Your passion and motivation will push you to never settle on idea number 1 (without trying more ideas first!).
Commercial thinking: You'll understand the client's needs, and work within a defined budget to exceed their expectations within the timeframe.
Support and collaboration: You'll build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally - taking a collaborative approach with everything you do.
Communication: You'll know that the journey is as important as the destination, and you'll be confident in presenting your work, ideas and direction clearly, concisely and enthusiastically. You'll not only welcome feedback but actively seek it.
