Recruitment Specialist: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract: Liverpool: Paying £30,000 - £32,000 + amazing benefits

Our forward-thinking client are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

As the Recruitment Specialist you will report into the Recruitment Manager and you will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish as well as the following:

* Recruitment of various Sales positions (at senior level)
* Direct sourcing of high calibre candidates to meet hiring manager and vacancy requirements
* Using a variety of sources such as job boards, internal referrals, headhunting etc. to target quality candidates
* Building talent pools across key geographical areas
* Initial CV screening
* Utilising a variety of sources to support effective direct sourcing such as Broadbean, job boards, LinkedIn etc.
* Efficient use of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all records are accurate and well maintained
* Stakeholder management
* Providing an exceptional recruitment service, delivering constructive and timely feedback to all applicants

In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience of end to end recruitment from within a recruitment agency or internal position, as well as the following qualities:

* Experience of recruiting for sales positions
* Experience of working to targets and tight timeframes
* Adept at managing a high-volume workload
* A strong user of LinkedIn
* Strong rapport building skills
* A confident and charismatic individual with a genuine passion for recruitment
* Tenacity and gravitas
