Initially, this is a 12-month fixed term contract with potential to be extended in the future. There is also potential for this role to be made permanent within the team.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a multitude of vacancies. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, EMEA you will support Hiring Managers with shortlisting and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates directly and negotiating offers. We are looking for a positive brand ambassador with a drive to deliver exceptional service.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration & organisation skills are paramount along with strong communication skills, professionalism, and business acumen to interact with candidates and Hiring Managers
This role will suit an existing in-house TA professional or an agency recruiter looking to step into an internal role.
