We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a progressive, fast growing technology business. This established, high quality tech business have an excellent track record of working collaboratively with their distinguished clients. Attracting the "right" people to their business is paramount to their success hence the need to grow their Internal Recruitment team.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment and sat within a small recruitment team, you will be responsible for direct sourcing across the full spectrum of roles within the business, with the opportunity to gain international exposure. The business has ambitious growth plans and your drive and ability to deliver on resourcing campaigns is key to achieving this. You will be a true brand ambassador, able to deliver a swift and slick recruitment process and create talent pools by utilising a range of contemporary attraction techniques, to improve the direct fill ratio.
Working completely remotely, this internal recruitment role will involve covering the full recruitment cycle from resourcing and initial screening to candidate management and maintaining records in ATS and MI reporting. Delivering a first-class recruitment experience you will be a true business partner to internal stakeholders, conveying best practice recruitment principles in line with the employer brand.
