Talent Acquisition Manager - Greater Manchester - circa £45,000 DOE - Permanent

What does this Talent Acquisition Manager role look like?

Managing a small team and working in collaboration with managers across this multifaceted business; you'll be responsible for raising their external profile. Utilising existing networks, attending events and maximising social media you will be tasked with establishing a solid employer brand.

Attracting the "right" people to their business is paramount to their success, you will be joining a well-established People function which is embedding best practice principles in a contemporary, quality way. You'll need to be a true business partner and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders, developing relationships and reviewing supplier agreements.

Highly personable and values driven, you will care about what you do & have high emotional intelligence to work well & efficiently with everyone you encounter, representing the business at internal and external events.

With proven experience working in an equivalent Talent Manager role and developing an employer brand you will have extensive experience recruiting at all levels and managing a budget.
