We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and ambitious SEO PR & Outreach specialist to join our rapidly growing SEO team.

You'll be a brilliant communicator and a self-starter with the experience, desire and creativity to own and develop an SEO PR & Outreach team.

We are based in Leeds and work a 4 day week, but we offer flexible and remote working beyond the current lockdown restrictions.

You'll have experience and knowledge of the following:
*2-3 years' experience working in an SEO PR & Outreach role
*Consistently earning links and coverage for clients 
*Pitching campaign ideas to clients and gaining their buy-in
*Building relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers
*Launching campaigns from scratch by utilising available resources
*Excellent understanding of where links and coverage fits in the SEO performance of a site

Full training will be provided in any areas requiring development, however the successful candidate will be expected to 'hit the ground running' on their core responsibilities.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
*Working closely with our clients' PR and content teams to earn links and coverage for their sites
*Developing long-standing relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers
*Supporting on new business pitches by developing and presenting campaign ideas for prospects
*Owning and developing the entire PR & Outreach offering for our SEO department
*Researching the correct tools and making a business case for their adoption into our workflow
*Developing relationships with a freelance network to sufficiently service clients across their content and link building needs
*Self-development: Developing knowledge around SEO theory and implementation whilst researching new industry trends
