Senior Marketing Executive
We are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Senior Marketing Executive for this high profile International real estate firm. With broad marketing skills spanning digital, content and campaign the Marketing Manager will help support the Head of Marketing create and deliver an exciting and compelling marketing strategy. You will support with the repositioning of the brand, building awareness and generating leads for both the firms residential and commercial business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy
Assisting the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies analysis of competitor activity and sector trends.
Brand
Support Head of Marketing on the implementation of the brand strategy
Custodian of the brand to ensure delivery of key messages in all content and material
embed the brand proposition and values across the wider business.

Digital
Support the SEO strategy with the production of SEO focused content to drive rankings and lead generation
Lead PPC activity alongside partner agency
Implement and provide analytics on a lead generation strategy

Events
Work with the wider Marketing and BD team to plan and organise events

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Educated to degree level marketing
CIM qualified
Experience of running major external events
Professional services marketing experience is essential
Property sector experience beneficial but not essential
