The role Reporting directly into the CEO you will take ownership for implementing the HR strategy across the business. Fast paced and demanding in nature, you will receive very supportive management and a real opportunity to impact the wider business. As Standalone HR Advisor you will be responsible for all administrative duties. You will be expected to provide expert guidance and support to managers to equip them with dealing all people matters. Recruitment and training will play a key part to this role. Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure they are able to recruit the right talent to meet high volume demands. Although highly operational in nature you will also drive the HR strategy. Projects in first 12 months would include; employee engagement, apprenticeship programme and reviewing employee benefits.
The candidate Graduate calibre and CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified you will be a proven HR generalist. Able to work autonomously you will be an expert communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Confident in your employment law knowledge, you will be well equipped in dealing with all Employee Relations matters. With high attention to detail and the ability to work at fast pace and smartly, you will be well versed at thinking on your feet. Previous recruitment experience and strong administrative skills are essential for this role.
