Job description

Incredibly exciting opportunity to join a boutique Customer focused Consultancy, in Windsor.

They are looking for an experienced individual, with a strong commercial or client management background probably gained in a management consultancy, FMCG brand owner, or FMCG supply chain environment.

The Role....

This is primarily a client facing role and you will assume responsibility for a number of existing accounts.
*Lead client meetings to present the results of the surveys to clients' senior management and sales teams, and ensure that the reports have been prepared to the highest standard.
*Build, manage and develop the relationship with these accounts and key decision makers.
*Work with the Managing Director (to whom you will report) to help develop and improve the quality of their overall service.

Expectations & deliverables....

*The primary requirement is to deliver this service to the clients/accounts that you will be responsible for, helping them manage their client relationships and maintaining/establishing their status as a valued and indispensable partner. This will involve working closely with account managers to ensure that reports, analysis and insight are prepared in a timely manner, delivering thoughtful and stimulating debriefs, and providing advice to the accounts that you are responsible for. You will also be responsible for actively managing your client relationships.
*Over time you will also contribute more broadly to the business, helping to promote, develop and implement new and better ways of working, both internally and with their clients.

Qualities....

*Client Focus: You will enjoy spending time with your clients and will genuinely care about helping them improve their customer relationships.
*Cognitive ability: The capability to analyse, develop and deliver thoughtful and stimulating debriefs from and on the data.
*Communicator: Confident and credible communicator who can facilitate stimulating and effective debriefs. An ability to listen and communicate effectively.
*Curiosity: Someone who is curious about the psychology of (business) relationships and interested in the stories that statistics and feedback can tell.
*Emotional Intelligence: High levels of emotional intelligence (self awareness, ability to self manage, awareness of others and ability to manage relationships) and the ability to empathise with both external (client) and internal (colleague) relationship dynamics. Interested in self-development and personal growth.
*Gravitas: The gravitas, confidence and presence to sit at the table with senior management teams and to gain their respect.
*Team player: The ability to fit in with and enhance a small close-knit team.
*Organised: Well-organised and good with details and follow-up. Dependable.
*Discrete: Unfailingly discreet and able to deal appropriately with highly confidential material.
*Self-starter: Entrepreneurial energy to help drive the business, to take responsibility for whatever needs to be done and to help deliver continuous improvement.

What they offer....

*The opportunity to be part of a small and successful young business.
*Stimulating and rewarding work.
*An informal working environment where they work hard but also have a great deal of fun.
*A remuneration package designed to attract the right candidate.
*A highly flexible work environment which will allow hours and workloads to suit the individual's needs.

Location....

Windsor, Berkshire, with occasional travel to the London offices. The role will also involve travel to attend client meetings, the majority of which will be in UK.
