Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager
We are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager for this high profile International firm. In this newly created role based in London you will lead business development and marketing activities for the insurance sector stream in a way which promotes both the profile of that segment of the business, developing key account relationships and enabling revenue growth. You will develop BD strategies and business plans, and manage an aligned range of marketing campaigns, communications and key account activity. You will manage resources within the BD team in order to ensure plans are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and to the highest quality. Developing strong and influential relationships with partners, lawyers and groups in the UK and internationally to create active engagement with and support for the sector's business development programs.
The role encompasses all aspects of business development and marketing.
The successful candidate:
Considerable experience of working as a Business Development practitioner at management/senior management level within a fast-paced professional services environment, preferably within the legal industry
Experience of leading sector-focused business development and marketing activities ,developing and implementing business plans
Experience of managing and coaching the development of junior team members
Previous experience and an understanding of the Insurance sector
