Reward Analyst
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Interim 6-month FTC, Flexible working, Full or part time 4 days considered.
Remote based with occasional travel as required.

Our client is a market leading services organisation they are looking for an interim Reward Analyst to join them on an interim 6-month basis. The role will be highly analytical, and project focussed supporting the wider reward strategy. Key areas of focus will include analysing current T&C's, salary banding, pay modelling and job evaluation.

We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience as a Reward Analyst or as an HR Analyst with exposure to Reward projects. You must possess advanced level Excel skills and a proven ability to manipulate and analyse large amounts of complex data. Coupled with this technical skill set you must also be a strong communicator and self-starter able to work autonomously and deliver.

Highly numerate, and with meticulous attention to detail, you will have strong analytical skills, and an expert knowledge of spreadsheets. You will have the ability to interrogate information effectively and deal with confidential salary information both sensitively and efficiently. Highly desirable would be a strong working knowledge of Excel and Willis Towers Watson.

Currently the business is working fully remote therefore location is flexible, however there will be occasional travel to the office therefore Manchester, London, or Southwest will need to be accessible.
