Resourcing Manager - Manchester - c£60,000 - Permanent

We are seeking a Resourcing Manager to do just that, with a broad remit this individual will lead the Resourcing function and empower the team to drive a quality business partnering service which supports managers and leaders across a diverse population.

First and foremost you will provide inspirational leadership, encouraging the team to think creatively and strive for exceptional quality in all they do. You will also take on responsibility for employer branding, talent attraction, candidate experience, and coaching of hiring managers to ensure they are confident and capable interviewers who are able to spot great talent. With the team, you will also develop pipelines of future talent for the organisation, which highlight high calibre individuals to managers and get them thinking about future needs in addition to the here and now.

In essence this is a really exciting role for someone who enjoys combining their passion for Resourcing with developing teams to be the best that they can be. We are looking for an inspirational leader who can think creatively and is willing to pitch new resourcing / talent acquisition ideas to the business, in addition to encouraging their team to do the same.
