Resourcing Business Partner - Midlands - Upto £55,000 - 6 month fixed term contract

Are you a resourcing professional with a passion for problem solving, adding value and working as a true business partner?

I am supporting a large, evolving commercial business as they completely revamp their resourcing offering. The role of Resourcing Business Partner will be multi dimensional with short, medium and long term priorities. In the short term this role will be responsible for getting under the skin of how the business recruit currently, and working with key stakeholders to establish priorities, likely delivering against some critical hires for them and understanding the here and now. In the medium - long term the focus will shift towards being a true BP, working on a mix of operational and strategic projects on a local level, while feeding into the overarching resourcing strategy. Areas for focus will include devising a strategy for hiring into specialist areas, building and creating talent pipelines, working on EVP and supporting managers locally to feel confident in taking candidates through a robust and positive process.

This role will require somebody with a flexible approach, who is happy to roll their sleeves up and be hands on with resourcing critical roles, while also being confident and knowledgeable enough to think bigger picture from a strategic perspective and pull multiple project strands together across a multi site business.

We are looking for an experienced resourcing professional, who has ideally worked in house previously and can bring a best in class approach, while recognising that this business are on a journey. Ideally you will have worked in a multi site, commercial business previously, and will be comfortable with travel across the region.

This role is initially being offered on a contract basis, however there is a strong possibility of longevity for the right individual, if this works for both parties.
