Here at We Are Adam, we are looking to supplement our team with this Resourcer role. This is a key hire for us, and you'll be an integral part of our team, providing essential support to keep the cogs turning.
Working Hours: Full time, hybrid working pattern.
Location: Commutable to Manchester city centre ideal.
Salary: Up to £25,000 depending on experience
No two days will be the same, as you work to support a small team of recruitment consultants across a variety of roles and disciplines. This position is largely admin focused; however, you'll need to be a confident communicator who is happy to pick up the phone to register new candidates, resource candidates via our existing database, Linkedin & network, compile adverts and arranging meetings.
Whether you have experience in a call centre, an office, retail, or anywhere else, we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing a thorough and precise job, no matter what task they are undertaking. You'll be responsible for capturing accurate candidate data into our CRM system - the most critical activity we do - so a genuine attention to detail is essential.
*Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role.
*Strong research skills.
*Previous experience with a paid LinkedIn account is highly desirable.
*Familiarity with the Microsoft package - Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential.
*Excellent written English.
