Job description

We Are Adam are on the hunt for a key player to support the key duties of our Back Office team. Providing vital support to the Operations Manager, the role of Recruitment Support Administrator is centred around the essential duties needed to allow the team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager with a dotted line into two Directors of the business - handling candidate and client data and supporting the day to day running of team.
Although this role is largely administrative, the successful candidate will be a confident communicator capable of dealing with queries in a professional and courteous manner
Core tasks include
*Protect the accuracy and validity of the data on our CRM
*Be the face of Adam - dealing with inbound enquiries & greeting visitors
*Maintain a positive working environment for the office by keeping all supplies well stocked and office tidy & organised
*Offer ad hoc administrative support to the wider team whenever possible.

Critical skills
*Strong PC / Microsoft experience (mainly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
*Ability to learn new user friendly software packages (in this case CRM and ATS) all of which are designed to be easy to pick up
*Ability to work on a wide range of tasks and projects
*Ability to prioritise and change with requirements
