Recruitment Partner office based in South Manchester, circa £33,000 DOE + bonus and benefits, full time.

The role Reporting into the Recruitment Lead and working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers across the business, you will be tasked with executing effective resourcing processes. Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure they are able to recruit the right talent to meet high volume demands. Although highly operational in nature you will also drive the Recruitment strategy and enhance their employer brand to attract and retain Talent. Supporting managers across the business, you will strengthen the recruitment function to ensure they are delivering a first-class recruitment service
The candidate You will need to be passionate about recruitment, an expert communicator with strong influencing skills and excellent stakeholder management, disciplined and a true self-starter with the ability to work at pace to meet the business needs. Previous recruitment experience in a commercial setting, recruiting for high volume and niche roles gained from in house or agency environment and strong technical skills are essential for this role.
