They are ambitious to grow future revenues, and this will only be realised by attracting & retaining the right talent for the business, this newly created Recruitment Coordinator role will be key.
The role
In this standalone Recruitment Coordinator role, you will be working as a true partner to key stakeholders and senior decision makers across the business, reporting into the Head of HR you will be tasked with executing a valuable resourcing process.
Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, you will ensure they are able to recruit the right talent to meet high volume demands. In this fast paced and varied role, you will be tasked with improving processes and implementing new ways of working to ensure delivery of a first-class recruitment service to support the business through significant growth. Although highly operational, you will have the opportunity to lead on the delivery of projects.
The candidate
We are looking for a highly experienced Recruiter comfortable working at pace in a commercial high growth business. In addition, you will possess a broad variety of innovative attractive & selections methodologies across a range of role disciplines at different levels, including very niche opportunities. Highly proficient in systems and processes and ideally CIPD qualified your stakeholder influencing & consulting skills will be second to none, alongside your ability to work at pace and meet deadlines.
