Recruitment Business Partner - Hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to undertake a challenging Recruitment Partner role for a market leading, pharmaceutical sector organisation, who at present are focusing on their recruitment processes internally with a view to further strengthen the direct hire model. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, you will support wider business areas across the group in delivering a first class end to end internal recruitment service.
Tasked with implementing robust process, this Recruitment Partner role will involve delivering a recruitment strategy in line with business objectives, creating & delivering effective resourcing processes, driving employer brand initiatives, advising & guiding managers and implementing recruitment best practice.
This is a rare opportunity to carry out an extremely varied role with a blend of 'hands on' operational resourcing and strategic input, you will be able to lead and drive a number of business critical projects. Sat within a wider talented, effective HR team and working closely with colleagues across the organisation you will be visible across the business and very much be operating as a senior member of the HR team.
You will have proven experience of delivering effective resourcing solutions within a diverse range of sectors, gained from either an in house or RPO environment. You will be well versed in various contemporary resourcing techniques and methodology with highly honed influencing & communication skills able to build robust working relationships, influence stakeholders and will have previously worked on a wide range of resourcing related projects. Typical profiles that will suit this role may already be resourcing/talent professionals who are looking for a fresh challenge or an HR business partner with a heavy recruitment slant to their role.
Things to note
You will receive competitive salary circa £50,000 doe + bonus & benefits. The role offers hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 remote, headquarters in West Yorkshire with some travel to smaller sites in Lancashire & Manchester, we would consider candidates looking to be based from one of their sublocations happy traveling to head office.
