Job Title: Product Manager Business: Financial Software Services Provider. Location: North West Base Salary & benefits: £55k Type of role: Permanent
Travel: 1-2 days a week working from home, 10-20% per month visiting other offices (one is based in the South ) Job Description includes but not limited to: spearheading the functional design and direction of payroll software, making sure the application provides SMB's with great experience and functionality. Responsibility for end to end development lifecycle product line, including managing the backlog, writing and managing functional specifications/user stories, estimation and quality releases Research and gather requirements for UK and Ireland Payroll related software requirements in the UK and associate with the business software Assist external agencies to identify payroll/employment law/industry regulations related to requirements, design enhancements and new functionality Assist with customer groups and internal stakeholders to identify requirements, design enhancements and new functionality to meet user requirements Create and host problem solving workshops Collaborate with the developers other stream product managers and the quality assurance team to support the development and testing new functionality Skills & Background:
Product Manager/ Product Owner from a legislative environment. Agile experience either Kanban or Scrum. Specific Payroll project management experience an advantage.
