This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a boutique consultancy that acts as a collaboration partner for their clients. They have a strong client portfolio, particularly within Pharma. Their work focuses on building internal capabilities and injecting agility into organisations.

WHAT'S THE PROJECT?
As a Product Lead, you will be a critical part of the digital transformation journey, working within the clients Digital Capability team.

Lead the design and development of learning programmes to help people across the company understand and apply methods and approaches to develop their digital capabilities and deliver more impactful work.

Help associates get closer to their customers to find game-changing insight, better experiment and validate their ideas, create lean prototypes and deliver more valuable solutions at pace.

This is a unique opportunity to design and lead a new digital working capability programme from scratch which gives people to tools and techniques to work in a fundamentally different way.

You'll be passionate about both the theory and tools of new digital-powered ways of working. You'll be up to speed on tried and tested methodologies from

Agile, Design Thinking, Lean and you'll understand how to take the best bits and apply them.

Most all you'll be passionate about how to get our 120,000 people firmly on the journey to digital confidence by developing effective learning and knowledge programmes.

WHO DO WE NEED?
We need someone who has spent their career working in product management, and has deep experience of consulting for clients and can do the following:

-Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Digital Office and other global stakeholder teams to influence and align on capability needs related to digital work
-Design and implement a global strategy for building capability in digital. What do we want our future to look like, and what's the coherent model for educating our people that will get us there?
-Be a master intelligence operative. Create and lead user-focused research, combining this insight with business requirements to create learning plans that genuinely cater for different learner groups in Novartis.
-Identify and integrate external products/services to create a world-class learning offering.
-Use your passion and expertise to influence and partner with senior leadership teams across the company, creating sustainable, effective delivery channels.
-Be a vocal advocate and visionary for Digital Work learning and capability. Advise and influence global teams across the company as they plan their strategy and activities related to learning regarding Digital Work. Drive the delivery of best practice
-Show others what great looks like, with thought leadership, coaching and advice for other teams across the organisation
-Lead the creation and delivery of knowledge and content that helps people to understand how others apply 'digital' methods and approaches to their work.
-Lead and inspire project teams of learning designers, technical and project delivery colleagues to create various learning deliverables

WHAT SKILLS DO THEY NEED?
● Facilitate the Sprint cadence, and different Agile ceremonies
● Participate in complex work and diverse conversation
● Educate the organisation on what a good Product team looks like
● Produce excellently written and instructive pieces of content about Product
● Persuade people to see the world the way you see it
● Coach and teach individuals
● Pair with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
● Design and run a good workshop without much notice
