Job description

Working Hours: Full time, hybrid working pattern.
Location: Commutable to Manchester city centre ideal. 
Salary: genuinely dependent on experience! Realistic OTE is £50-70k with further earning potential based on performance.


The role:

We're looking for a self-starter who takes genuine pride in their work. Upholding our exceptional brand reputation is key, as you'll be the face of our business for Executive level recruitment. You'll take a consultative approach across the entire employee lifecycle, providing a bespoke solution to existing and new clients alike.

As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you'll exclusively work to sell and fulfil retained search and selection assignments. What you'll bring to the table is unrivalled relationship management and a proactive approach to business development. Our reputation can help you to generate business; our candidates become clients, our contacts refer us to their network, and our first-class marketing campaigns generate warm leads.


Requirements:


Evidence of a stable & substantial recruitment career is essential at this level

Demonstrable experience recruiting C-Suite and Board level roles

You will bring with you an established network of clients and senior candidates

You are capable of at least of 80% of self-generated revenue

Knowledge of selling and fulfilling retained headhunt assignments preferred
