Focus of the role: Do you have a way with words and enjoy building relationships? Responsibilities include but not limited to: *Increasing the company profile through engaging storytelling and content. *Building & maintaining relationships with the audience and third parties i.e journalists *Managing the media presence for the company (an audience of tens of thousands already established) *Plan & action content strategy *Spotting content opportunities for the business *Securing new column features *Performance analysis *Building new & maintain existing relationships with key property and financial media Proven experience in the following required: *Proven ability as an experienced PR professional , you'll be from an investment, construction or development background *Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail, proven experience as a multi-tasker, well connected with strong contacts in media *SEO knowledge an advantage
