Part Time HR Advisor Manchester/Hybrid flexible working hours
What is the role?
We are looking for a part time HR Advisor to support the senior leadership team, you will be accountable for providing a quality HR service which encompasses the full spectrum of generalist HR. Understanding key business drivers and delivering value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line. In this standalone role your key responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance in line with current employment legislation, producing accurate documentation & reports, maintaining the HR database & filing systems, producing HR reports, and undertaking projects as required.

CIPD qualified you will have proven experience working autonomously in a generalist HR Advisor role. You will need a meticulous and dynamic approach alongside excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
