Learning Business Partner - Merseyside - Permanent - Upto £40,000

Commercial in nature, our client is a highly successful market leader with a high profile, well-known brand portfolio. The pace of the business is quick and as such you will be required to hit the ground running and establish strong working relationships from the get-go. You'll be joining a dedicated & engaged Learning and Development function and wider HR team and will be afforded a great deal of autonomy whilst working within a supportive, values driven business.

As Learning Business Partner, you will be required to deliver a range of career enhancing skills to an exacting customer group. Working within the learning and development function the role will be heavily focussed on apprenticeship scheme and professional development.
Shaping the early careers strategy and apprenticeship offer you will manage preferred suppliers and third-party provider relationships, to ensure the business is maximising return on investment.
What are they looking for from a Learning Business Partner?
Passionate about learning, you will have an energetic and tenacious approach and possess excellent stakeholder skills especially around communication and influencing; in order to gain credibility from your business group and promote the value of the development programme.
You will need to have a proven track record of successfully delivering a range of programmes, specialising in early careers strategy, apprenticeship offer and leadership development. This role will suit candidates who have gained experience within a fast-moving corporate environment. Predominantly based from Merseyside, there will be limited travel to other UK sites when required.
