Learning Business Partner

Fast paced & highly commercial, this business is well established, has national presence and offers their customer a range of added value specialist services. To re-iterate, the pace of the business is quick and as such you will be required to establish strong working relationships from the get go. You'll be joining a dedicated & engaged wider HR team, and will be afforded a great deal of autonomy & personal agility whilst working within a supportive & values driven business.

As Learning Business Partner, the role will predominantly focus on developing business culture & employee engagement; to ultimately design & deliver a range of career enhancing programmes. Not unsurprisingly they are an exacting group & you will need to have excellent stakeholder skills especially around communication and influencing; in order to gain credibility from your business group and promote the value of the development programme. The main aims of the development programme is to help underpin a high performing culture and promote best practice as "business as usual". This isn't your usual Learning & Development role - you'll be totally challenging the status quo, introducing contemporary, industry leading initiatives especially within management development & leadership.
What are they looking for from a Leadership Business Partner?
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering a range of proactive & contemporary leadership & management development programmes from design to delivery. This role will suit a candidate with relevant development experience from within a commercial environment and accustomed to working in partnership with senior stakeholders.
