Job description

Our client is a global leading commercial organisation who require a passionate and energetic Learning & Development professional to join their broader HR team, to bring exceptional consultancy skills to their business.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a proven track record working autonomously within highly commercial organisations and will be comfortable with full design and delivery of learning interventions across a range of soft skill programmes especially management development, leadership development & talent management.

Drawing on your natural coaching style, you will work closely with senior management to design, develop & deliver bespoke development plans, enhance development processes and manage budgets.

We are looking for a delivery focussed, self-starter and confident communicator, you will possess the ability to build strong working relationships, and a true passion to help drive the development strategy forward.
