I'm working with an exciting London-based agency who are looking to bring on-board a contract Lead Experience Designer to work with a global client list across multiple industries.

The role -
As Lead Experience Designer, you will be working across research, strategy and design to identify, prototype, test and validate concepts for their clients. You will have experience writing research briefs, executing in-depth and guerrilla research activities, turning insights into design challenges and exploring these opportunities quickly and interactively to come up with solutions that delight customers and make sense to their clients' business.

What are they looking for?
-A self-starter, with a passion for meaningful design and an obsession with putting the customer first. As a small agency, you will have a lot of autonomy, and will be expected to function well on your own, with minimal guidance. Their teams are multi-disciplinary, so they will expect you to be able to work across different aspects of the design process.
-They are collaborative and open, and you will have plenty of opportunity to work with other designers on different briefs, as well as informally ask for advice and input from anyone at the agency.

You should have -
-Experience working as part of the entire product design process from running workshops, ideation, user research, prototyping and final delivery.
-Strong communication skills, both internally across multi-disciplinary teams as well as client facing.
-Experience working through design sprints & team ideation sessions.
-Experience working in lean agile & data driven environments.
-Fashion brand to re-design experience (desirable)
