The role of the Internal Communications Manager is critical to how they reach their teams who are both office and remotely based.
Reporting into the Head of Internal Comms, you will support the development of the IC strategy and framework going forward, regularly reviewing and developing communication tools and channels to ensure tone of voice and they way in which people receive comms is fit for purpose. You will develop innovative, engaging and creative content, working with leaders and managers to ensure they land appropriately and support the functions goals.
Ideally you will come from a multi site environment, used to working at pace and reaching a highly dispersed and operational workforce. You will have strong internal communications experience and will be able to demonstrate knowledge of a wide variety of tools and tactics.
You will be required to travel to the office roughly twice a week which is Bedfordshire, and also be comfortable travelling to other sites when required.
