We're looking to speak to immediately available Senior HR business partners, who are ready for a fresh challenge.

To put it into context this role in a smaller business would happily be at HR Director level.

The organisation is embarking on several change initiatives designed to achieve high-performance & engaged colleagues. As a true HR Business Partner, you'll operate strategically to enhance business performance in collaboration with operational leaders.

This large business comprises autonomous operating units, offering a genuine opportunity to apply your HR knowledge and add value through innovative HR initiatives that improve performance and support growth. In this diverse role, you will support several international geographies, requiring a versatile approach.

With change on the agenda, you must demonstrate a robust range of change management skills to seamlessly support initiatives related to organisational structure, systems and culture. Given the constant nature of change, thriving in such an environment is essential, as is a range of sophisticated stakeholder, communication, and influence skills.

Senior HR professionals with proven delivery large-scale change experience within globally dispersed communities are particularly encouraged to apply.

The ability to start as soon as possible is a distinct advantage.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office and monthly travel to a Southern based office.

Interim role 6 - 12 months.
