HRIS Implementation Specialist: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract: Huddersfield based (with travel to other sites + overseas): Paying circa £55,000 + flexible working + more

Our market leading manufacturing client based in Huddersfield are currently looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The HRIS Implementation Specialist will report into the Head of HR and will have responsibility for the implementation of a new HR System into the business.

The HRIS Implementation Specialist will be the HR Systems Specialist within the company and will be the first point of contact for any systems queries as well as the following:

* Lead on the implementation of the new HR system cross multiple UK sites and Internationally
* UAT Testing
* Systems configuration
* Understanding the various business units and the interaction between systems and functionality, ensuring that HR technologies work well together
* Translate business requirements into solutions
* Act as escalation point, for issues which require HR systems knowledge
* 3rd party stakeholder management

In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you are a competent user of HR Systems, as well as the following:
* Experience of implementing a HR System from scratch
* Experience of implementing Success Factors
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* Data orientated with the ability to process large volumes of data

Please note: this role will involve travel to other sites including overseas location, so please only apply if you are willing and able to commit to the travel requirements. Travel will be on an ad-hoc basis. The client is looking for an imminent start for this role.
