HR Systems Specialist - London / Remote - 12 month FTC - Upto £60,000

The Role

A newly created role, you will lead the design, implementation, UAT, comms, engagement and training for modules including payroll, self-service, learning, performance and talent management. In order to deliver this you will work across multiple functions and teams, sharing knowledge and insight ensuring the implementation runs smoothly and successfully. You will be viewed as the subject matter expert and will be a critical member of the HR team.

The Person

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate HR Systems Specialist, who has recently implemented iTrent in an SME, ideally across a multi site or virtual landscape. You must have an energetic and positive comms style, able to gain buy in for the new system across a diverse workforce.

Line management experience would be advantageous however not essential.

Although the business are based in Central London we are flexible on location of the post holder, as long as you are comfortable with some travel once safe to do so.
