Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to make your mark in a growing organisation?

A well-established leader in their field, this family-owned organisation has impressive growth and expansion plans.

To support and help drive the business to the next level, this is a brand-new role within the organisation.

This is a part time role, three days per week.

The role is part of the Leadership Team and reports into a Managing Director who is passionate both about the business and people and champions employee development and growth.

Very much a hands-on generalist role, you will create and develop a HR function almost from scratch. HR isn't unknown to them as a business as they have had the support of an external consultancy, so there is a very loose framework. However, we are looking for someone to bring new ideas and innovation while embracing and promoting the fantastic family values culture.

You'll provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, and collaborate to develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations and engagement.

We are looking for a strong HR generalist experienced in all day-to-day operational people matters, including, recruitment, appraisals, employee relations, training, and people administration.

With sound employee relations experience, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on building relationships and coaching others to influence and facilitate growth. Proven HR experience from within a blue-collar environment would be highly advantageous.

This role is hybrid working, initially two days per week on site in the office and one day at home; however, after time, there may be some flexibility on this if preferred.
