Job description

A superb HR Manager opportunity has arisen to join an ambitious family owned SME in South Manchester undergoing significant growth. In this standalone role, you will be working autonomously reporting into the CEO. You will take ownership for implementing a HR strategy that facilitates the achievement of the business objectives. Long established within the engineering sector, they are committed to delivering a quality HR service and this role has been created to provide support to business operations.

Working with the senior leadership team across the business, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. The role encompasses both operational and strategic HR spanning across; change management, employee relations, learning and development, recruitment, reward and talent development.

Graduate calibre and preferably CIPD Level 7 qualified you will be proficient at working autonomously and highly skilled at driving change in an SME environment, ideally within engineering or construction sector. You will need to have excellent technical knowledge and ability to implement and improve infrastructure.
