Job description

HR Data and Systems Specialist / HRIS - FTC (6-9 months) - North West / Remote - Upto £45k

This large North West business are currently undertaking a huge drive on improving and modernising ways of working. Critical to this is the way they use data and the systems and processes underpinning it. Working as part of a small, high performing team you be the subject matter expert, leading the system and process development, and the management of people metrics.

Key focus and responsibilities;

- Process review and improvement
- Leading the development of new HR systems including data migration, testing and delivery, along with associated comms
- Lead the creation of regular HR metrics, reports and dashboards
- Continue the development of dashboards which provide insights, trends and KPIs, along with working with colleagues to interpret these and identify opportunities for improvement
- Lead on related training of new processes and creation of associated user guides

We are looking for someone who demonstrates a genuine interest in HR data and systems, who enjoys ensuring these can feed into the wider people strategy and understands just how heavily great data can influence the wider people strategy. You will be knowledgeable in HR systems generally, and be comfortable using excel at a high level.
