The role

As HR Business Partner you will own and drive the global HR Strategy on site, taking on a completely generalist role incorporating ER, Recruitment, L&D, Reward and Engagement. You'll be the go-to person for all things HR across the site, and work closely with Managers to ensure they have the tools and know how to manage their teams on a day to day basis.

We are looking for someone to is ready to embrace a challenge and take on a HR role which is visible, and closely aligned to the senior leadership team. You must demonstrate previous HR Business Partner experience, ideally gained within a manufacturing setting, union experience is highly desirable for this role. Capable of working in a high change environment, you will have a creative approach to HR and thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions and embedding best practice.

You can expect a basic salary circa £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + great benefits including bonus and attractive share plans, hybrid working 3 days on site and 2 from home and the opportunity for long-term development within a highly successful and evolving business environment.
