We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, customer focussed leading brand to recruit a HR Business Partner based in Manchester.
This is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity to join a constantly expanding organisation with impressive continuous growth plans. This company holds their people at the core of their values, and we are looking for an experienced HR professional to head up and drive the people side of the business.
In this key role, you will cover a generalist operational remit supporting the leadership team and team members on all Human Resources matters. This is an exciting and varied role giving you the opportunity to utilise your full generalist HR toolkit in a world class organisation. In addition, there will be key projects to lead on including succession planning, academy training programmes, career pathway development and engagement scoring.
Ultimately, we are seeking a forward-thinking HR Business Partner with a commercial outlook and key experience gained in fast paced and performance oriented corporate environments. A solid generalist background with strong employment law knowledge and employee relations experience is a must along with well-developed business & personal judgment skills in resolving issues and the ability to engage people at all levels of the organisation.
