HR Business Partner - Greater Manchester - c£65,000 - FTC / Interim 6 months
This business have a busy and really interesting HR agenda at the moment with some big ticket projects lined up alongside BAU. The bulk of this is related to company wide transformation and change with a push on future-fit and ensuring they are sustainable with a robust infrastructure. With an incredibly diverse workforce the variety and pace of work is phenomenal, and HR enjoy strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
Due to the variety of work and level of projects at the moment they are looking to bring on board a HR Business Partner who can roll their sleeves up and use their skills to either lead projects or pick up a client area (or both!) dependent on skillset, strengths and preference. This person could be project focused, both leading and supporting on some of the imminent change and transformation pieces and linking in with key stakeholders across the business, alternatively you may prefer to take a generalist approach and take on responsibility for partnering a particular client group working with leaders to coach guide and support them as they navigate people leadership with business priorities.
Ideally we are seeking a HR professional with plenty of experience at business partner level, or significant people projects experience. You'll be used to a large, complex and diverse workforce where change is a constant and will demonstrate real commercial curiosity - keen to understand how people are impacting the business agenda and where you can add value. You will also be comfortable with a blend of tactical vs strategic work.
