HR Business Partner/Senior HR Consultant (Permanent)

Due to ongoing commitment and a growing client base they require a HRBP/Senior HR Consultant to join a small dedicated team in one of their long established & highly successful business areas in the South East.
As Senior HR Consultant you will provide a dedicated business partner service working across your own portfolio of clients, advising and guiding senior leaders and business owners across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service. The role encompasses both operational HR and projects, depending on business issues, you'll have the opportunity to work in an incredibly varied role spanning across; change management, employee relations, performance & capability, development, resourcing, restructure and redundancy.
You will need to be a real self-starter with excellent account management skills, sound employment law knowledge and a proven track record of delivering HR solutions within a complex and challenging business environment. Experience providing HR support within the third sector and CIPD L7 or chartered membership is highly desirable. You will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions, and HR best practice.
The role offers great flexible working options and a base salary of circa £38,000-£42,000 doe + benefits, due to the urgency we particularly welcome applications from immediately or shortly available candidates.
