HR Business Partner - Bedfordshire - c12 month contract - c£55,000 plus car allowance and bens
We are delighted to be representing our client with this exciting interim opportunity. An international business with a strong heritage and reputation for great customer service, they continue to thrive and grow. In response to ongoing change across the business they are looking recruit a HR Business Partner to support a specific client group on a 12 month FTC basis. The HR Business Partner will work closely with the divisional leadership on a variety of day to day HR activities, in addition to working on a number of projects as they evolve their HR offering. The HR Business Partner will ensure that business as usual HR activities run smoothly as some high profile change projects take centre stage, with a key focus on building and sustaining a positive culture of high performance across the business and managing organisational change.
This HR Business Partner will also partner with their client group on all HR responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, employee relations and training & development.
It is essential that you have experience within a HR business partnering capacity, in addition to strong stakeholder management skills. Your approach will be flexible and you will be able to deliver pragmatic, business focused solutions, which meet both individual and business needs.
The environment is a fast paced and ever changing commercial business where you will be required to react quickly to business needs. Your influencing skills will be strong, including your ability to challenge stakeholders at all levels, in a professional and collaborative way.
Ideally you will be immediately available, and able to commit to a c12 month contract. Their offices are based in Bedfordshire, however the role will be remote with ad-hoc travel as and when required.
