Job description

HR Business Partner - 6 months FTC - £55,000 plus car allowance - Bedfordshire / Remote

A national brand with a strong heritage and values led culture are looking for a HRBP to join the team on a 6 months FTC basis to support some ongoing change and transformation.

Taking responsibility for a specific client group you will work as a true BP, embedded in your business area and supporting the leadership team to work through and successfully deliver a number of ongoing change programmes, all focused on positioning the business for the future. As BP you will be a sounding board and HR expert, able to clearly and articulately communicate change programmes and their real time impact to employees while ensuring they remain engaged and feeling valued.

In addition to managing and landing change programmes, you will also take on a BAU workload, supporting with complex casework, driving talent and development plans and working with the wider HR team to ensure the message is consistent and clear across the business.

The right candidate for this role will demonstrate not only HRBP experience, but extensive change management experience, spanning both cultural and organisational change programmes, and including managing communications and project plans around this. You will ideally be used to an agile working environment, and be comfortable in a fast paced and commercial business.
