What's the role?
To support their ongoing development, they now require proactive HR professional has arisen to support the business from a strategic and operational HR perspective. As a commercial HR adviser, you will play a pivotal part of a focused senior management team, and the role represents a fantastic opportunity to join the business as they continue to embrace continued growth and development plans for the future.
What will you be doing?
Drawing on site objectives & taking onboard the wider business perspective, you will work closely with the SLT & colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business, and deliver a comprehensive HR service to promote best practice, policy & procedure, and help underpin performance. Adept in the full range of generalist HR skills, you will draw on your expertise especially across employee relations, performance management, employee development and resourcing. A key element of the role, will be your ability to operate autonomously in a change agent capacity, challenging the status quo and implementing added value HR initiatives especially around engagement and organisation design/effectiveness.
Who they are looking for?
Level 7 CIPD qualified, you will have a confident & creative approach to HR and will thrive on the challenge of implementing pragmatic HR solutions. Commercially astute and bottom line focused, you will use your highly honed coaching skills to build credible relationships across the business in order to influence and facilitate change. Proven HR experience from within a blue collar environment is highly preferable.
