Job description

HR Administrator (systems and data bias) - Upto £28,000 - Manchester / Remote - Permanent

The HR Administrator role in this business provides a critical service and support for the wider HR team, working closely with them to ensure that a first class service is given, and administration is delivered to a high standard.

The role will take administrative responsibility for the full employee lifecycle across the business and processing employee data including starters, leavers, pay and benefits info and any changes to personal details. Additionally you will have the opportunity to work on projects alongside the HR team, co-ordinating activity and supporting the roll out of any relevant communications.

Systems and data will form a large part of this role and alongside the day to day HR admin tasks, you will also 'own' the HR system, ensuring it is kept upto date and using it for regular reporting, including the interpretation of data. You will work with the system to maximise it's capability, ensuring the business are truly getting the best from it.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previously worked in a HR Administration capacity, and show a strong aptitude for systems and data, genuinely enjoying this part of the role. You will be comfortable working at pace and will be able to flex your approach and manage a busy workload.
