Head of Resourcing - Greater Manchester - £70,000 - £75,000 - Permanent
Are you an inspirational leader, who can work at pace, juggling multiple priorities and projects, while providing stable, consistent and empowering leadership?
This isn't your typical resourcing role, your team will be delivering against some extremely specialist and high profile briefs and your role will be to ensure they have all the tools and support necessary to complete these campaigns to an extremely high standard. You will manage resources effectively and ensure each team member is playing to their strengths and specific knowledge and abilities, while managing stakeholders at a senior, and sometimes global level. Alongside the team you will also be involved in some of the more senior, high profile hires, identifying appropriate routes to market, which methodology to use and supporting the team to manage the process while consulting closely with the hiring managers.
You will be involved in developing and delivery the resourcing strategy, working with senior leaders to ensure these fit the overall business plans and priorities, while working on projects to ensure processes and ways of working remain effective, innovative and over all extremely quality driven.
In essence this is a really exciting role for someone who enjoys combining their passion for Resourcing with developing teams to be the best that they can be.
The ideal candidate for this role will have successfully managed and led teams in a resourcing context, be that in house, or RPO, and have been committed to the ongoing development of that team from a both a personal career perspective, and a service perspective. You will keep yourself up to date in terms of trends in the resourcing world, and enjoy adapting ways of working to address these.
