Head Of Marketing
Salary: £70K+ (Uncapped DOE)
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can recruit and manage a small team of brand ambassadors who will be responsible for marketing the brand, both offline and online, to designated target audiences.
FHK Technology is an innovative company developing technology platforms for a cluster of brands backed by the award-winning entrepreneur Fiona Hudson-Kelly. Current brands include:
· Hire My Desk - a new platform for companies underutilising their existing desks - think Airbnb for desks.
· What's yours is mine - a pre-loved fashion platform for women seeking a more sustainable way of buying upmarket clothes.
· Not a CV - a recruitment platform that matches candidates to jobs on their personality.
· Start Scale Sell - a community platform for fast-growing start up's.
· What would you do? - an app canvassing community opinion on dilemmas.
In addition to their own software development, FHK Technology develops proof of concept and minimum viable technology platforms for entrepreneurial companies to validate their new ideas. Fiona Hudson-Kelly is also an angel investor in fast-growing start up's, the marketing team may support some of these projects from time to time.
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities managing the company budget, external digital agencies, and a small team of brand ambassadors to deliver fresh and innovative campaigns to support our marketing objectives. It is expected that the Head of Marketing will be qualified to CIM Level 7, have at least 5 years of marketing experience delivering blended campaigns and be able to write succinct marketing plans and create innovative marketing campaigns that support the brand value proposition.
This is a senior leadership position within our small start-up. It will be crucial that you align your career aspirations with our ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years.
The role will be 5 days a week finishing at 3 pm on Fridays. Salary is negotiable, along with potential share options over time. There are 25 days of holiday to take as you wish plus statutory days. Remote/Hybrid working - likely 2-3 days onsite with the team and 2-3 days remote.

Someone who uses their initiative and likes to achieve success from both their own endeavours and those who report into them. You will be energised and determined to overcome challenges to succeed, not giving up when things get tough or difficult.
